Requirements for renewal of accreditation for Registered and Specialist Microbiologists (every three years):

• Payment of renewal fee (P300.00) and ID processing fee (120.00) to PAM treasurer, Olivia C. Emata -DTRI, UPLB or thru PAM Savings Account No. 485 3 485 161797, Metrobank, Los Baños, Laguna.
• Proof of attendance to a recent PSM / Microbiology-related activity.
• You can have your photo taken at Leo's Studio, Vega Center-UPLB or send scanned photo and signature by email to PAM secretary: lct_emsl@yahoo.com.
