(PSM) was established on October 14, 1971 by some senior faculty members of the College of Agriculture , University of the Philippines at Los Baños, College, Laguna 4031. It is a non-stock, non-profit corporation with SEC Registration Number 56-003-499-199-NV and has permanent office at the 2nd Floor, EC Arcade, Demarses Subdivision, College, Laguna 4031 (Tel. 049-536-5794).
